  Dear colleague,

Earlier this year, Public Health England published Child Health Profiles 2017 for each top tier local council in England (fingertips.phe.org.uk/profile-group/child-health/profile/child-health-overview). They give a picture of child health in each local area and are designed to support local government and health services to improve children's health and reduce health inequalities. We are currently reviewing the content to help us develop profiles which continue to provide you with the common core information you need. We are keen to hear from those who have used the profile and what priorities you would like to see them reflect next year. We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete this survey and tell us what information we should give to help you.

Thank you
